Attorney James E. Naifeh began practicing law in 2022. He graduated the University of Tennessee at Martin, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.  He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of South Dakota. A member of the Federalist Society, James also had externships with the Sioux Falls Public Defender’s office and the Great North Innocence Project where he played a pivotal role in cases regarding the wrongly incarcerated and defendants charged with felonies. James also completed an internship as an independent contractor with Robert Kennedy Jr.’s nonprofit, the Children’s Health Defence. 

James specializes in many areas of the law including business litigation, estate planning, insurance law, and subrogation premises liability. His passion for the law lies in the ability to investigate, find creative solutions, and negotiate on behalf of his clients’ best interest.
