R. M. English III

Attorney R. M. English III began practicing law in 2024 after graduating from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Prior to attending law school, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in history with a legal studies concentration from Samford University. While in law school, he served Cumberland Law’s Tennessee Student Bar Association as Secretary from 2021-2022 and as President from 2022-2023. Additionally, he was a Student Member of the Judge James Edwin Horton Inn of Courts from 2022-2023. 

R. M. enjoys assisting those who are not familiar with the law and using his skills and passion to help clients who are confronted with an unfamiliar legal situation. He believes strongly that every client deserves a strong advocate who will provide the most dedicated representation possible. In pursuit of that goal, he enjoys applying himself with the utmost attention to detail in investigating each case, from interviews to photographing points of interest. 

R. M. specializes in Commercial Litigation, including Insurance Defense, Business Litigation, and Automobile Litigation, as well as Property Damage Subrogation.
